A copy will be automatically emailed to both you and our office upon submission.

To ensure your enrollment is processed correctly, please make sure the name used on the agreement matches the name used for your lecture enrollment.

A completed and signed agreement is required in order to attend the lecture. Enrollments without a completed agreement may be canceled.

Please take your time to read everything thoroughly before booking ensuring our policy aligns with you.

Refund Policy: Once a lecture is booked, any cancellation request will be refunded at 50% of the booking fee.

Upon submitting our agreement, you will be automatically taken to our Calendly booking page.
